Anti-Spam Policy

Ocean Blue Digital prohibits unsolicited bulk email and spam that advertises our company, services, websites, or company-owned domains.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Ocean Blue Digital employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and any other person or organization that sends email or promotes a domain on our behalf.
2. Email Standards
Anyone sending commercial email on behalf of Ocean Blue Digital must:
- Send marketing email only to recipients who requested it or provided valid consent.
- Never use purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped email lists.
- Use accurate sender information, routing details, and subject lines.
- Clearly identify Ocean Blue Digital and the purpose of the message.
- Include a valid physical mailing address in commercial email.
- Provide a clear and working way to unsubscribe from future marketing messages.
- Process opt-out requests no later than 10 business days after receipt.
- Keep the opt-out method available for at least 30 days after sending a commercial message.
- Protect suppression lists and prevent further marketing messages to recipients who opted out.
Ocean Blue Digital does not authorize any employee, contractor, affiliate, vendor, or other third party to promote our company, services, websites, or domains through spam.
We prohibit attempts to avoid spam filters or reputation controls by rotating domains, email accounts, sender identities, or mailing systems.
3. Business and Transactional Email
This policy permits legitimate one-to-one business correspondence, replies to direct inquiries, customer support messages, account notifications, and transactional messages connected to services that a recipient requested or agreed to receive.
These messages must use accurate sender and routing information. Employees may not use ordinary business correspondence as a way to bypass the requirements that apply to marketing email.
4. Employee and Contractor Use
Employees and contractors may use Ocean Blue Digital domains for authorized business communication.
Only authorized team members may create or send marketing campaigns. They must verify the source of the recipient list, include a working opt-out method, and follow this policy before sending a campaign.
Ocean Blue Digital may suspend or terminate email access when a user violates this policy.
5. Third-Party Senders
Vendors and other third parties may send email on behalf of Ocean Blue Digital only with written authorization.
They must follow this policy and all applicable email laws. Ocean Blue Digital may review their sending activity and revoke authorization when a violation occurs.
6. Reporting Unwanted Email
If you receive a message that appears to violate this policy or uses an Ocean Blue Digital domain without authorization, contact [email protected].
Please include the full message headers, message body, sender address, and domain involved. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
